We will never be equal.

Until the philosophy which holds one race superior and one race inferior is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned, everywhere will be war.

Until there are no longer first class and second class citizens of any nation, until the colour of a mans skin is of no more significance than the colour of his eyes. Until the basic human rights are equally guaranteed to all without regard to race, there is war. And until that day the dream of lasting peace, world citizenship, rule of international morality, will remain but a fleeting illusion to be pursued, but never attained...now everywhere is war.

I read this post over the weekend and here is my response to it albeit an unpopular opinion.

We will never see this utopia in our lifetimes. In the tens of thousands of years humans have been on this planet if this was a possiblity it would have already happened. Humans are tribal by nature and no amount of “world peace” indoctrination will change that. We will never be “equal”. Everyone I know including myself wants to be unique, different, special, a stand out beyond and above others and that‘s in diametrical opposition to being equal, equal meaning we are all the same so we should all be treated the same and so given the same.

Some of us want to see everyone get along and have love be the biggest driving factor in life.

Some of us are not happy with the hand we’ve been dealt and want others to feel our pain.

Some just want to be in charge and tell others what to do, and who’s right and who’s wrong so that we might feel important.

This world is built on an innate hierarchy. Hierarchy’s are anything but equal. The strong have always ruled and the weak submit and obey. The weak rarely uprise aside from in the movies, usually a coup occurs by other strong men that replace the last regime and the cycle begins a new. There has always been classes in society and there always will be. The strong have always ruled and the weak have obeyed.

Inclusion is impossible to achieve on a mass scale (even though that’s the goal of globalization) and many people want nothing to do with it. So become the best YOU that you can be, do for yourself, your friends and family, your tribe and stop looking for injustice and inequality to be outraged about, as that’s the mind of the slave being controlled by the master.
